Ordering a pizza online nowadays is as easy as 1-2-3. Most online orders can be done by phone or via the pizza chain’s website like Pizza Hut or Dominos.
But today I am introducing a new delivery service to you that gets wood-fired pizza from your favorite pizzeria/restaurant straight to your doorstep.
Read on if you live in the following areas. I have got exciting news for you:
Boston, Brooklyn and Queens, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Main Line, Manhattan, Marin County, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle, SF: East Bay, Washington DC.

It’s Called ‘Caviar.’
trycaviar.com delivers wood-fired pizza and other cuisines directly to your door. If you don’t feel like a delicious pie, you can choose from Thai, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Burger, vegan meals, etc. – just to name a few choices.
When I typed in pizza in San Francisco, I had a list of 32 restaurants to choose from. That is very impressive.
So if you don’t feel like cooking, have a date night or unexpected guests arriving at your house, dinner is just a phone call away.
How Does It Work
Before you can place your first order, you need to open an account with your address and email account.
You can place your order via the website or on your phone. Caviar has a free app for iOS and Android. Payment is made with a credit card of your choice.
Browse a picture menu and customize your meal. It is as simple as that.
Click on a restaurant photo to browse through their menu items. Fill your shopping cart by clicking on the menu item image and then clicking “add to cart” in the popup window. When you’re ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. (caviar website)
After you placed an order, you can track it by GPS. Once the courier arrives at the restaurant to pick up your goodies, the tracking will be activated.
You will also see a confirmation page with your order and delivery information.
Once the order is en-route, you will get an email or text message including the real-time delivery. Pretty cool, I’d say.
What About The Fees
Delivery Fee
The fee varies from $0 up to $8.99 depending on your location from the restaurant.
Service Fee
A service fee of 18% applies to the final amount (subtotal) that shows in checkout.
Tipping
Tipping the couriers is not required but appreciated. You can add a tip when you order by adjusting the amount. Choose from $0 up tp $5.
Convenient And Top Quality
Since I am not living in the areas where Caviar delivers, I can’t check out the service and quality delivered by Caviar myself. But when I did my research, I have come across many positive reviews in regards to the customer service and the quality of the food. Obviously, the latter depends on the restaurant you have chosen.
The website is easy to navigate and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The perfect excuse not to cook and to enjoy a lazy cook free night in.
So if you feel like a yummy scrumptious wood-fired pizza (or something else), give Caviar a try.

Hello Anke, this is a very narrow targeted site! I love it! Pizza is one of my favorite foods, who doesn’t like pizza, right? This new delivery service sounds really cool, unfortunately, I don’t live in any of these cities, same as you, but I go to New York City quite a bit. So, maybe the next time I go, I’ll keep Caviar in mind. You have a really nice site, and this is a very good article. Very targeted to a certain niche…..woodfire pizza! Excellent!
Hi there Eric, thanks for your awesome feedback. Please let me know once you get a chance to try out Caviar.

Ah, after reading this I feel like I could do something crazy for a delicious wood fired pizza! I adore this type of food so much, lovely piece of information you’ve got here, kudos.
Sounds really amazing this type of pizza, but as I don’t live in the states I won’t be able to order any. We’ve got Dominos here in Bulgaria, but honestly their pizzas are not the finest and definitely can’t compare with real, Italian pizza.
Maybe one day we’ll have cavair over here, who knows. If we ever do, I’ll notify you!
Hi, Simon, Thanks so much for your comment. Yes, I hope that Caviar will be extending their service throughout the States and hopefully sometime to different countries.
Dominos and Pizza Hut are huge pizza chains but no comparison to a real wood fired pizza.
Please let me know if there are any changes happening in Bulgaria. I guess it won’t be any time soon. 🙂
