What makes a successful grill evening? Good food, good wine, and great company. It is the best way of using the warm summer evenings and golden autumn days.

What is a BBQ without a sauce? Of course, there are plenty of options you can buy at your local store. But why not give it a go and make your own?
Here is a fool proof recipe, that will keep you licking your fingers. Most of the ingredients will be in your pantry. It is easy to be prepared and should keep in the fridge for at least a week.
It is also gluten free which is perfect for the health conscious.

2. Hamburgers, Anyone?
This Hamburger recipe is not your ordinary one; it is my very own recipe which originates from Germany. It makes the softest, tastiest Hamburger patties ever.
Everyone loves Hamburgers because each guest can make their own according to their taste and preferences. Just put all the condiments on the table. Our top choices are

Here Is The Recipe
Ingredients
1 lbs beef and pork mince (each)
2 slices white bread
2 tbsp grain mustard
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 finely chopped onion
salt, pepper, paprika
Put the bread and milk into a large mixing bowl and let the bread soak in the milk. Drain off any excess milk. Add the egg, mustard, onion, meat, and spices and mix it with your hands. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
It is best to let the mixture sit for a while so the flavors can develop.
Wet your hands and shape burger patties. It should make around ten patties (depending on the size).
Put the patties on the grill and cook to your liking.

Yes, pork is so juicy and tender when cooked properly.
The grilled Kansas City pork chops are a class of its own. The ingredients of the dry rub are pantry staples, so no extra trip to the supermarket is required.

Yummy, I love spare ribs. Marinated in BBQ sauce, slow cooked over charcoal, nicely caramelized. Yep, that is what I am talking about.
The recipe I have found tells you to cook the ribs in the oven first. If you have a Kamado grill, there is no need for it. You cook it all the way in these amazing grills.

My kids just love grilled chicken skewers. It grills fast, has a beautiful flavor and is easy to eat.
The recipe for Greek chicken skewers is just divine, especially dipped in the Greek specialty Tzatziki. If you don’t know what it is; it is Greek yogurt mixed with grated cucumber and lots of fresh garlic.
Tzatziki is also fantastic with baked potatoes and a fresh side salad for a simple lazy Summers day lunch or dinner.

7. Grilled Jerk Shrimp And Pineapple Skewers
Shrimps are one of our favorites in my family even with the kids. It is a bit unfortunate because it gets quite pricey to feed a family of five. 🙂 We are literally fighting over every single shrimp.
Anyhow, these skewers with pineapple and marinated shrimps are delicious. Be prepared to make a few, so there are no fights happening. 🙂
8. Grilled Sweet Potatoes
Here is a recipe that is great for vegetarians but also the perfect companion for your steak or fish meal. Sweet potatoes are ideal for grilling because there cook much faster than the ‘normal’ potato.
You can add your favorite spices and have a delicious dip ready to dunk all the goodness in.
Other vegetables that are fantastic for the grill are eggplants, zucchini, Champignons and of course, the classic: sweet corn.
