The pizza is placed on a pizza stone 17″ wide which is continuously rotated by the motor. Another stone is mounted above the cooking area as well which creates a convection oven type heat. The pizza cooks evenly in 2 -3 minutes.

#3 Before you put the pizza on, stop the rotating motor for a moment. Otherwise, it might be tricky to place the pizza on the stone.
